Carmen to Cabaret - and everything in between

Alex Jones - Bass-baritone, Adrienne Black - piano

The programme will include famous operatic arias by Rossini, Mozart, Bizet (Carmen) and Offenbach interspersed with songs by Ravel and Roger Quilter.

A fun second half of light music - Tom Lehrer, Flanders and Swan, and Gershwin - with some familiar musical theatre numbers for good measure - will have something for everyone to enjoy.

This summer he reprised the role of Dr Dulcamara in Wild Arts performances of Donizetti’s L’elisir D’amore, culminating in a performance at Opera Holland Park and was also involved in this year’s Proms with the BBC chorus of Wales.
